Cecilia’s article on Arab and Gulf countries’ relations with South America

Cecilia was invited by the Gulf Research Center, Araa Magazine and Al- Ahram Center for Political & Strategic Studies to publish an article describing and assessing diplomatic relations between Arab and Gulf countries and South America. Cecilia stressed the importance of South-South dialogue among regional blocs, at a complex historical moment when security, human rights and development need a fresh perspective.
